You have 14 days, from receiving your goods to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. If you wish to do so, please contact before returning your order. Anything personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
If returning an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return request, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org making sure it includes your order number. If you are returning items, we would strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service.
